Is my sleep data private?

Yes. Your sleep data stays on your device. There is no account and no cloud upload. See the privacy policy for the complete picture.

How do I add my sleep history?

Open the app, go to Profile → Data sources, and connect Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. Yawn Dawn can also estimate your nights automatically from your phone if you don't use a wearable.

On Android, make sure your watch or sleep app is writing its data into Health Connect (for example Samsung Health → Settings → Health Connect → share sleep and steps).

How does the smart alarm work?

Set your ideal wake time and Yawn Dawn aims to wake you at a lighter moment inside your wake window, so mornings feel less groggy.

I'm not getting reminders or alarms

iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Yawn Dawn → Allow Notifications.
Android: Settings → Apps → Yawn Dawn → Notifications, and allow "Alarms & reminders" so the smart alarm can fire exactly on time.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by your app store, not inside Yawn Dawn.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Yawn Dawn → Cancel.
• Android: Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Yawn Dawn → Cancel.

Cancelling during a free trial means you won't be charged. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

Does the subscription unlock features?

No — every feature in Yawn Dawn is free. The subscription removes advertising while it is active.

How do I delete my data?

Erase all data from the app's settings, or just delete the app — your data lives on your device, so that removes it. Full instructions, including how to request deletion of feedback you sent us, are on the data deletion page.
